DBM ( located in Paris's 8th arrondissement) is a small, intimate law firm specializing in insurance law, industrial risks, and civil liability. 

As part of a friendly and dynamic team, the employee will be involved in all stages of the cases handled by the firm.

The Position

Responsibilities:

Drafting summonses and pleadings, attending forensic medical expert meetings, monitoring cases, and presenting arguments in court.

As part of a friendly and dynamic team, the employee will primarily be responsible for managing cases related to social security litigation (work-related accidents, occupational diseases, and gross negligence on the part of the employer).

Desired Profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience;
- Excellent writing skills;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Independent, thorough, and dynamic.
