Since then, the firm's practice has expanded to include the fields of Civil Engineering , Building and Public Works , Construction , and Social Security Litigation ( unforgivable misconduct by the employer).
The DBM firm consists of four partners and associates with recognized expertise in the aforementioned practice areas.
DBM offers its clients a multidisciplinary team with recognized expertise that takes a legal and technical approach to all types of cases within its areas of expertise, whether the matter involves advisory services, pre-litigation, litigation, or arbitration.
The firm’s client base consists primarily of industrial companies and insurance companies (both French and foreign) that are leaders in the fields of industrial risk and transportation law . DBM also works in collaboration with insurance brokerage firms.
DBM's headquarters are located in Paris and also has two branch offices, established several years ago: one in La Rochelleand the other inMarseille.
This presence throughout France enables the firm to offer its clients efficient case management, since, depending on the location of the case, it is handled by the nearest office—resulting in savings on administrative costs and leveraging the firm’s knowledge of local courts and key players in the legal system, including court-appointed experts.
DBM also has a network of long-standing partners abroad with whom it maintains trusting relationships.
Through their partners in Europe and South America, the attorneys at DBM handle complex cases involving litigation that touches on issues governed by multiple national regulatory frameworks.
